5th Annual WWII Memorial Car Show

When: Sun., Aug. 17, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. 2014

Come to the Avon Town Hall Park on August 17th for the WWII Memorial Car Show! This is a free event with all proceeds raised by the show going to the WWII Memorial Fund to help pay expenses for the war memorial in Avon.

Various vendors, including food, t-shirts and much more will be at the event. Last year there were over 200 cars and we are expecting many more this year! All families, individuals and especially WWII Veterans are invited to join the fun. We are even expecting “The General” to attend and pick his favorite car.

Show car participants pay a fee of $20 to show their cars. They are then eligible for a variety of awards (over 100) and a limited supply of door prizes donated by various sponsors. Participants, showing their cars also receive a t-shirt commemorating the event. If you are interested in showing a car, please contact Jim Bonesteel at 317-271-5966.

Price: Free.
