6 Week Beginning Yoga Series

When: Feb. 3-March 9, 6:30-7:30 p.m. 2012

This 6 week series will introduce you to all you need to know to feel comfortable and experience what yoga has to offer. This series is open and appropriate for everyone interested in trying yoga, but nervous to jump right into a regular and on-going class. Day one will introduce the basics and get you moving into gentle postures, then from there each week will focus on a different set of posture types explaining the benefits, structure, alignment, and breathing techniques to get the most out of your practice.
