Today 7th Circuit Court of Appeals judges Richard Posner, David Hamilton, and Ann Clare Williams heard oral arguments from both sides of the marriage equality issue in Indiana and Wisconsin.

Those present in the court room for the proceedings said at one point the entire courtroom and the three judges erupted in "uncontrollable laughter" at the arguments presented by representatives for the Wisconsin attorney general.

An audio recording of Indiana's testimony in today’s proceedings can be heard here.

The presentation by Wisconsin can be heard here.

It’s unclear how long the 3-judge panel will take before an opinion is issued.
