When: Oct. 28-Nov. 16 2013
The annual Ann Katz Festival of Books and Arts turns 15 this year, a true milestone for an event that began as a book sale with a handful of speaking engagements by notable authors and is now a full-fledged, 3-week celebration of the arts, including books, author presentations and so much more.
As always, the festival reaches out to the entire community with a range of events organized to appeal to many interests. This year’s schedule of events includes New York Times best-selling author (featured in NUVO recently), John Green, lively music by IndyKlez and cookbook author Miriam Rubin. And, yes, in honor of our 15 years, there will be free cake at the official anniversary celebration on Tuesday, November 5.
