Avant Brunch combines music and food and places it inside a unique artistic venue. Inspired by an album or live performance, local chefs craft an exclusive menu, served within a museum setting. The curated selections, food and music alike, enhance each other to create a one-of-a-kind multi-sensory experience. Now, in partnership with the IMA and The Kinetic Project, Avant Brunch will be an ongoing quarterly series.
The July 19 volume features local chef Erin Till and an advance listening of the forthcoming My Brightest Diamond album, This Is My Hand. Each guest will also receive a limited edition copy of the record upon release and a signed edition of the menu by the chef. Seating is limited to 50 guests.
