A Midwest native, Randall has performed in her native Detroit with such well -known and respected artists as Wilbert Pegler, Mel Ball, Robert Jones, Gwen Fox, Charles Green, and Tola Lewis. She has also headed Merging Traffic and New Romance bands. 

For ten years, Randall-Coleman was Coleman of the well-known Coleman-Rhoades duo. Randall grew up listening to the Motown sound, and today, listens to and performs all kinds of music, including jazz, R&B, pop, rock, blues, and adult contemporary. Her inspiration is drawn from such legends as Billie Holiday, Nancy Wilson, Gladys knight, Aretha Franklin, and Patti Labelle, influences which have helped Randall develop her own unique style, and added an extraordinary warmth and sincerity with which she communicates directly to the heart.
