Black Swan Brewpub celebrated its Grand Opening on Dec. 4.
Owners D.J. McCallister and Erin McCallister say, "Until the brewing operation
opens in February, the Black Swan's 16 taps will feature other Indiana craft
brews." Black Swan offers a fresh take on traditional pub fare, and sources its

D.J., a native of Beech Grove and a graduate of Wabash College, started in the
Indiana brewing industry more than a decade ago and is a former head brewer at
Lafayette Brewing Company, working under founder/brewer Greg Emig.
Upland Sour Ales are back. Reserve your 2010 choice(s) of Strawberry Lambic, Blueberry Lambic, Peach Lambic, and Dantalion Dark Wild Ale at UplandBeer.com.
