Kudos to Bru for staying alive in its location at Mass Ave and Alabama. Two other restaurants have tried and failed there in short order, but for no good reason: The patio, facing a triangular pocket park, is a happening spot, one of the best for people-watching in the city; and the space itself is slender, extensively windowed and enough off Mass Ave that you can probably find a good parking spot. And, oh yeah, the burgers are great: the bread rolls nothing short of perfect, the toppings well thought out and complementary to the succulent meat.
