Best local public park or greenspace

IMA Hundred Acres

It really is one of the best not-so-hidden pockets of Indy. In addition to the myriad of sculptures (like “Park of the Laments” and “Alfredo Jaar”) the park is home to hundreds of wildlife critters, a livable iceberg and lots of edible plants. You might want to check and see what is what first though. Or better yet, take the adult summer camp next year. The park is defined by its interactive installations: a viewing pier, benches, swing sets, the visitor’s pavilion and concession stand are all intriguing.
