Creation Cafe's decks is one of the best people-watching spots on the Canal (assuming those people make it all the way to the 10th Street end). Plus it's kind of fun to feel like the hip, wise dude in the midst of workaday squares - or at least that's how we feel when we see the way that Buggs Temple (whose first floor Creation Cafe occupies) stands out like a historical curiosity in the middle of an office block. And we like curiosities, not to mention Creation Cafe's slow-roasted pork nachos, liberally spiced Cuban sandwich and whimsical beer floats.
