Former President Bill Clinton will kick off the Indiana Democratic Party's get-out-the-vote efforts with an event Friday at a Marion County high school.

Democrats are calling it a "Hoosier Common Sense" rally that is meant to bolster enthusiasm for the Nov. 6 election.

The rally will begin at 10:30 a.m. in the main gymnasium at North Central High School in Indianapolis. Doors will open at 10 a.m.

Hoosiers can sign up for free tickets online at the Indiana Democratic Party's website. Ticket registration will close at noon Thursday. A wait list has already been instituted.

Tickets will be available for pickup at Indiana Democratic Party coordinated campaign field offices from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. Pickup information will be sent to those who register.
