For the month of March we'll be featuring Ian Phillips owner of Three Carrots. This brunch is all vegan. Ian has a passion for flavorful plant based cuisine that emphasizes freshness and quality above all else. They're also going to be neighbors as they just signed a lease in Fountain Square!
