Cafe at the Prop by Chef Dan

The Indianapolis Propylaeum, a historic feature to the Indianapolis downtown community has partnered with local, renowned Chef, Daniel Carter, to open Café at the Prop by Chef Dan on Monday, July 11, 2016 for lunch.

This opening signifies a grand transition for the Propylaeum as the non-profit organization works on innovating traditions while keeping to the property’s classic elegance and feel. “We are really working on satisfying the demands of today’s client while maintaining the traditions and essences of yesterday,” Elizabeth Turner, Event and Marketing Director of the Propylaeum said.
