The Johnson County Museum in Franklin is seeking area artisans to participate in their third annual Artisan Market, on Saturday November 2nd from 10am to 5pm. The museum invites Johnson and surrounding county artisans of all media to submit an application to offer their artwork for sale at this juried market.
In order to ensure a fair opportunity for all interested artisans this museum has a juried selection process for the Johnson County Artisan Market. Artisans must submit an application, digital or printed images and an artist statement. An independent jury will review the materials and select the artisans. Painters, photographers, sculptors, and other artisans who create jewelry, mixed media, prints, woodwork, leather goods, or drawings, are encouraged to fill out an application to participate in the Artisan Market. There is no charge to apply; once accepted to the show, artists will pay a $35 fee for a 6’ x 6’ booth space. For more details about Johnson County Museum’s Art Market and a copy of the application, call 317-346-4500 or email email@example.com. Deadline for applications is September 7th. The Johnson County Museum is located at 135 North Main Street in downtown Franklin.
Price: Free to apply, if accepted $35 fee for booth space.
