We hope we don't sound like we're shilling for the Children's Museum of Indianapolis in passing along news that admission is free for Indiana college students on Sundays in September.

No strings attached; admit one per valid college ID; full- and part-time students are invited, including those attending online institutions.

AVATAR: The Exhibition is up through Sept. 22; the innovative, hands-on National Geographic: Treasures of the Earth is worth a visit; and our interest is piqued by the show opening Sept. 21 in the museum's dinosaur art gallery: The Big, Bad and Bizarre, featuring work by Spanish-Mexican Surrealist and Symbolist Luis Rey.
