Fiber Tails Exhibition

When: Tuesdays-Saturdays. Continues through Nov. 19 2014

From story quilts to kente cloth, textiles and fiber arts are a vehicle of storytelling to connect the past with the future and one culture with another. Join GPAC for this unique exhibtion, where artists from across the country who work in fabric or textiles, as well as work that mimics textiles, were invited to submit a broad range of work, from the traditional to the unconventional. This exhibit is a celebration, not only of the actual object, but the story that is connected to the meaning and creation of the pieces.

Price: Free.
