Dr. Tallamy will present two lectures. The keynote talk, The Living Landscape, will show gardeners how to create a landscape that is full of life by designing a beautiful home garden full of bio-diversity. He’ll point out the role of plants in providing berries and fruits for birds, food for insects, and places for bees to pollinate.
His second talk, Building Pollinator Populations at Home, will discuss the important ecological roles of the thousands of species of moth and butterfly pollinators, and point out the plants required to support their populations in our landscapes.
