In Pictures: Photoswap...How a photographer uses his phone more then his SLR

Recently I found an application on the iTunes store that goes by the name Photoswap. The basis of the application is quite simple. You take a photo and it is randomly sent to someone else using the application. After your photo is sent, you receive a random photo from somebody else using the application. When you receive a photo you have the option to directly respond to that persons photo with a photo of your own.

This ends up creating a strange world of photos and back and forth photo conversations. To be honest, I can't even really put it into words. I feel its best to just share the photos.

So here is the good, the bad, the ugly, the interesting, and the bizarre world of photoswap as I have seen thus far.

The good

Here is a series of back and forth conversations I have had with someone in japan.

The Bad

Here is a protest in what looks to be san francisco

Do not drive and photoswap

The Ugly

The interesting

This one came after getting an image from a guy that said he would draw my face. I sent him a LOLcat
