Indiana Arts Commission holds public meeting in Indy

The next quarterly business meeting of the Indiana Arts Commission (IAC) will be held Friday, March 12. The 15 commissioners, representing all regions of the state (www.IN.gov/arts/about/commissioners.html), will meet at 9:00 a.m. (EST) at the Indiana Government Center South, Conference Room A, 302 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana.

Among items for review by the Commission will be discussion of possible changes in grants and services considered to address the agency's budget. The Commission will also have further discussion of the agency's new Strategic Plan.

All meetings of the Commission are open to the public. Those wishing to make formal comments or presentations to the Commission must notify the IAC business office no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting.

On behalf of the people of Indiana, the Indiana Arts Commission advocates engagement with the arts to enrich the quality of individual and community life.
