When: Sat., Aug. 16, 7:45-11:30 p.m. 2014
Spend the evening mingling with the stylish flappers and gangsters of Prohibition-Era Indianapolis while enjoying jazz music, drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Join us as we gallivant around Fountain Square to the beat of the jazz drum in full roaring-twenties costume.
Proceeds of this event go to United Way of Central Indiana and there will be surprising twists that may require bribe money. After all, this is the prohibition! So don’t forget to carry some cash to help yourself or a friend out of a sticky situation. Crooked cops could be the difference between a night of dancing and a night in a dark jail cell.
This Fountain Square Speak Easy begins at a location that will be disclosed to ticket holders upon arrival to the fountain plaza at the intersection of Shelby and Prospect at 7:45 pm. Attendees will be given a clue and guided down the block to the main event. If the party makes it through the night without getting busted, there will be two additional locations disclosed and the roaring twenties party will continue into the night.
Ticket packages include VIP and General Admission.
Price: GA: $45, VIP: $70
