Right now his job description will include conducting family concerts, Discovery Concerts for elementary school children, Marsh Symphony on the Prairie, and other summer shows. He will also be a cover conductor for classical subscription weeks.

Lee has been a part of the cover conducting staff for the Philadelphia Orchestra since 2012, and has been the conductor of the AZLO Orchestra in New York City. He has also worked with the Toledo Symphony, Opera Theatre of St. Louis, the Aspen Music Festival, Union City Orchestra as the Music Director, the assistant conductor of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and the Cincinnati May Festival and played with the Cincinnati Ballet. He has premiered more than 200 works and counting.

Lee will make his ISO debut on October 25.
