Are small plastic bottles such as aspirin bottles recyclable if they are marked one or two or do they all end up in the Steve Goldsmith Memorial Incinerator?
Trying to understand the ins and outs of recycling sure can give you a headache, right, Galanti? Well, good news, your aspirin bottles (and any bottled marked with a #1 or #2) are recyclable. They can go in your curbside bin, to a community recycling drop-off location, or to any recycling facility that accepts plastics.
Our current Mayor, Joe Hogsett, would like to invite you to attend the second in a series of meetings aimed at determining the best options for the future of recycling in Indianapolis on June 22 from 4:30 to 6:30pm at Marriott East. Perhaps his legacy will be the Mayor Hogsett Comprehensive Recycling-for-All Plan!
