Loon: A benefit for the city of Bloomington Animal Care and Control

We are linking up with Nic Mink of Sitka Salmon Shares, Recess, Marsh Skeele of Loon, Levi Egerton of Vallee Lee, Stuart Weathers of El Tiburon, Adam Ditter of Blue Beard, Ryan Schleg of Recess, Cory Rascoe of The Local, City of Bloomington Animal Care and Control and The Lil Bub Foundation to present a dinner of top notch sustainable seafood event titled "Loon".

This is a special dinner for us as that we are teaming up with Sitka Salmon Shares and their Fishermen for a night of drinking, dining and good times. Let's be honest here, chefs and fishermen getting drunk together...It will get rowdy. Each fishermen will be paired with a chef for the composition of the dish. They will take a few moments to discuss their fishing practices as well as how they came up with the dish. Seafood of this quality rarely makes its way into Indiana so this is a rare treat for all of us. Josh from Recess is going to be putting together a geeky wine pairing which will be in addition to the ticket price.

Due to the nature of our dinners we can not alter any of the dishes for any reason. Menu is subject to change. Consuming raw or undercooked seafood, shellfish, etc may kill you or increase your risk of food borne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions. Requests related to allergies, fad diets or weak palates will be denied. Alcohol and gratuity not included in ticket price. If you're expecting fine dining you're coming to the wrong dinner. Put on your comfortable clothes, leave your inhibitions at the door, grab a beer and cut loose. Tickets are refundable 1 week prior to the dinner.
