This June, The American Marketing Association will host a luncheon with Indiana’s own Martha Hoover.
Hoover, a multi-brand restaurant owner, will hold a 90-minute presentation discussing her journey to success in the restaurant business. The presentation will include stories from her start in the industry and her personal theories and focuses.
The restaurant maven owns several Indianapolis establishments including Café Patchou, Petite Chou, Napolese, and Public Greens, a new non-profit venture.
Hoover will reveal how a former career as a lawyer, working on sex crimes and domestic violence cases, actually aided in her venture into the restaurant industry. She will discuss denying those who encouraged her to use cheaper ingredients and instead staying true to to her high standards.
From the Natural Laws of Patachou to Patachou’s 2020 Vision, Hoover will tell all. The luncheon will offer a look into her success story and how attention to detail and dedication to high quality led her to the entrepreneurial success she has today.
