Milktooth and award-winning Chef Jonathan Brooks are hosting the first annual fundraising dinner for the Garfield Park Farmers Market! The meal will include ingredients from many of our season vendors at the market, as well as other local farms. Menu as follows (but subject to change): - Reception beverage provided by New Day Craft - South Circle Farm radishes with whipped schmaltz - Big City Farms market greens salad, Risin' Creek Creamery goats milk ricotta and Wildflower Ridge Honey vinaigrette - Becker Farms chicken & Schacht Farm egg dumplings with South Circle Farm bok choy & black truffle - Becker Farms duck breast with crispy potatoes, Shamrock Farm mushrooms & herb salsa - Tulip Tree Creamery Tiger Lilly cheese, Home Ec Preserves, Amelia's bread - Bee Coffee Roasters Non-alcoholic beverages included in ticket price, full bar available for purchase. We will be having a 50/50 raffle for $5 a ticket, so don't forget your cash! This event will be a local, sustainable, and tasty way to support Indy's newest farmers market.
