Named for the scenic network of roads that lead out of and back into an Irish hamlet, Ring of Dingle is as dark as night but features a surprisingly light body under a thick, creamy head. Its flavor is rich and roasty with a clean, dry finish. Part of Sun King’s rotating seasonal lineup, Ring of Dingle will be tapped in the Tasting Room on March 8 where it will be available for sampling, growler fills, and for one night only, pint sales. Music will be provided by the Whiskey Bent Valley Boys, who are releasing their new record at the tapping. Food will be provided by Circle City Spuds.
