Super Cities Don't Wreck Their Watery World

When: Tue., Sept. 27, 7-9 p.m. 2011

Visit Marian University for an evening of critical thought, art, and music, all focused on saving the Earth. Conservation expert Michael Nelson, PhD. will speak about the critical role water plays for the Earth, and the moral imperative of saving the the planet. Author Scott Sanders will read his work, and a town-hall style discussion will follow. The Marian University Sacred Choir and Ensemble will perform water-themed music throughout the evening, and visitors can enjoy water-inspired art by local artist Mary Ann Davis and photographer Denis Ryan Kelly, Jr.
