There are a thousand festivals, big and small, across America, but few have the history of the Needmore Hootenanny. In it's 20th year, this gathering showcases musicians from Brown and Monroe counties, and other Indiana locales, in the beautiful woods of Nashville, Indiana, just east of Lake Lemon.
The party starts on Friday, the 12th at 7 p.m. with Big John, The Indiana Boys, R Juna and Iris, The Tuff Tones and New Old Cavalry; it resumes Saturday afternoon with Avocado Chic, Mars or the Moon, Lexi Minnich and the Strangers, The 220 Breakers, a-Coup-Stick, The White Lightning Boys, Zion Crossroads and Eric Lambert and Friends.
