Timeless Traditions Tree Farm & Shoppes: An Old-Fashioned Holiday Marketplace

The Indianapolis City Market is planning a new event for Nov. 29 (4PM-9PM) and Nov. 30 (8AM-4PM) in order to complement Indianapolis Downtown Inc.'s Circle of Lights (presented be the Contractors of Quality Connection and Electrical Works of IBEW 481). Timeless Traditions Tree Farm & Shoppes: An Old-Fashioned Holiday Marketplace will transform Whistle Plaza into a "winter wonderland" featuring a tree farm. Here visitors can purchase trees, wreaths, garland and Christmas ornaments. Hot chocolate, cider, Christmas music and an indoor holiday bazaar will begin the event.

Inside the City Market on Friday evening patrons will find pop-up shops on the mezzanine level featuring Retro 101, American Armadillo, White Ox Studios and many more local merchants from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. City Market merchants will offer a variety of food and drink specials as well as participate in a FREE family-friendly scavenger hunt festively named The Amazing Santa Scramble complete with Santa Claus for children of all ages!
