Water: The Key of Life

When: Sun., Sept. 25, 4-6 p.m. 2011

Young African American Scholars from the KI EcoCenter and KI Community School will give short talks on water, the river, and its importance to the community. The KI EcoCenter hosts special community-based projects, a summer camp and the KI Community School – an after-school program for African American youth. KI programs provide young people with the opportunity to do school work, read, watch documentaries, take field trips, debate, give presentations, and discuss personal issues with mentors who care.

Price: Free.
