If you're going to celebrate anything this weekend, why not make it wine, art, music and microbrews? The best part is you can celebrate all four things at once this Saturday, August 20 at WAMMfest. The festival brings together nearly 20 restaurants and food trucks to serve the best food, beer and wine Indy has to offer in Craig Park in Greenwood.
As always, WAMMfest is a charitable event, according to a press release, the festival, "showcases the artistic, cultural and entertainment opportunities available within our community and has donated more than $450,000 to local causes in the last seven years." Volunteers from The Sertoma Club of Greenwood organize the annual event in hopes that attendees can "savor fragrant varieties of Indiana wine, shop the juried art fair of more than 60 artists, enjoy live music and entertainment, and taste award-winning Indiana crafted microbrew. Food vendors feature a wide variety of festival favorites and full-service restaurant quality cuisine."
