"World's Largest Etch a Sketch

When: May 9-Aug. 1 2010

Talk about an art Etch A Sketch, billed as "the world's largest," is now on display at The Children's Museum as part of an exhibit celebrating the toy's 50th anniversary. Created by Dave Kutchenriter of the Ohio Toy Company, this one-of-kind piece goes Claes Oldenburg one better -- you and a friend can actually use it to make a sketch. But if the size of this thing (it's more than eight feet tall and six feet wide) throws you, there will be play tables featuring classic Etch A Sketch toys, Doodle Sketch toys and the new Etch A Sketch Free-Style toys.
