Yoga at the Library

When: Every other Thursday, 6-7:15 p.m.

This year we are focused on helping you reach your physical and mental health goals! We are very excited to be able to offer bi-weekly yoga classes with instructor Mark Killion.

Each class will last for an hour and 15 minutes and will be suited to all skill levels. Classes are $5 cash per person.

Please bring a mat and water and be sure to wear comfortable clothes! It is suggested that you do not eat 2 hours before practicing yoga.
